Tour Cancellation/Reschedule policies:
We understand unavoidable and unplanned matters arise. We ask if such issues conflict with you meeting your reserved tour date/time that you communicate with us as soon as possible.
Any cancellations or reschedule requests must be made in writing to email@example.com
If you arrive for the Tour intoxicated you will be unable to participate in the Tour, and you will not be refunded. If you become over-intoxicated or unruly while on the Tour, you will be asked to exit the Tour, and you will not be refunded. You will be responsible for any costs incurred to retrieve your vehicle and/or return to your point of origin/destination. The Tour guide/driver will determine what is considered unruly or intoxicated at their discretion.
A 100% refund will be given for cancellations made before 6pm on the day after your reservation was made (grace period).
A 20% non-refundable deposit will be withheld for any cancellations made after the grace period and before two weeks prior to your tour date.
No refunds will be given for cancellations made within two weeks of tour date. This rule supersedes the aforementioned grace period.
Rescheduling rates follow cancellation policy. No charge if made during grace period, 20% thereafter. Requests made within two weeks of tour date will be handled on a case-by-case basis with either a 20% charge or non-acceptance of request.
Social Tour cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to the Tour will be issued credit towards your next Social Tour ticket purchase. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the Tour are non-refundable. Social Tours with 6 or fewer guests are subject to cancellation.
